From high tech space ships and futuristic labs to medieval castles and jail cells, our modular sets are designed with meticulous detail, lighting control, and practical flexibility in mind—making them perfect for narrative storytelling, music videos, short films, and branded content.

PRICING

We’re filmmakers too so we know how every job has it’s own budget limitations. These are the base prices but don’t be afraid to reach out for custom rates.

Single Zone

$150

Per hour

Plus $75/hour for additional zones.
Additional 10% discounts for 8+ hour bookings.

Full studio

$275

Per hour

Access to all standing sets, rooms, and amenities.

FAQs

  • We have lighting and grip rentals as well as partners to help crew up but most productions bring their own.

  • We have 12 spots available in a gated lot and nearby street parking. We also have a small loading area that can fit a truck.

  • We require a COI (certificate of insurance) for all productions renting our space. But we are a Los Angeles certified film location so no film permit is needed from FilmLA to shoot here.

  • Yes! We offer a 3-ton lighting and grip package but if you only need a few things to supplement we have a list of add-on gear available onsite.

  • Yes, with prior approval and proper wranglers. We just want to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

  • You can arrive right at your scheduled time. If you need early access for prep, make sure to book that time in advance.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours before the shoot will receive a full refund. Anything within 72 hours is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
